3 Bedroom Apartments for Rent

When I got married, I knew that we had to move out of the one bedroom apartment. My wife and I planned on having a baby, and there would not be enough room in the apartment. A one bedroom apartment for two people is already pretty small. We decided that it would be best if we got 3 bedroom apartments for rent. One room would be for the wife and I, one room for the baby, and the third room could be a study room or a guest room.

We began our apartment hunting by going to a website called apartments.com. On that website you can search for apartments according to the city or zip code where you are moving to. Other criteria settings include minimum and maximum rent, number of bedrooms and bathrooms, and even the type of amenities. We wanted an apartment that was reasonably priced in a good area of town. It would be nice if the apartment had a swimming pool and a gym too. We got a lot of search results when we searched. Most of the cheaper apartments were older units. The newer ones were more expensive. We could not afford to live in the new apartments so we settled on something in between. We choose an apartment complex that was not too new but at least it was well maintained by the property owners. When you are choosing apartments, you want to look at all the possibilities. For example, some people might want to live close to work while others want to live close to shopping malls. After you have narrowed down your choices, you would need to go out there to check out the neighborhood. Ask yourself if it is a place that you would want to live in. See if the neighbors are noisy or quiet. You may want to make a list of features that you are looking for in an apartment and rank them according to their desireability.

There are a lot of factors that come into play when you are choosing the right apartment. For us, we were able to get most of what we wanted in a three bedroom apartment so we are quite happy.
